nice list, but shine blockas was released in '09 (even though album 2010) ... it was on pitchfork's best of '09 list

Pssh, you're splitting hairs. It's official -- read: non-MP3 leak -- release was '10, so it absolutely qualifies.

Hell, even going by your Pitchfork standards, it qualifies: Best Coast's "When I'm With You" was originally released in 2009, yet made it to number 48 on P4K's 2010 Top Tracks list.
